Why do you think breathing "calms" emotions and "calms" fears? Why does slowing do and simply bringing in air and expelling air DO so much for us? Why do our "worry's" control SOOOOOOooo much of what we do and how we do? Explain & reply to two people by Thursday 12/10 for full credit.
